Jurong Lake District consists of three precincts, namely Jurong Gateway, Lakeside and Lakeside Gateway across 4,720,000 sqm in area size. The district benefits from excellent transportation links, being served by two major expressways, namely Ayer Rajah Expressway and Pan Island Expressway, as well as three essential MRT stations: Chinese Garden MRT station, Lakeside MRT station, and Jurong Lake District MRT station.

Adding to the appeal of Jurong Lake District, two new condominium developments are set to be introduced. The first one that will be launched for sale in 2023 is the 306-unit LakeGarden Residences, while the other is a 1700-unit integrated development that has yet to be named.

Jurong Lake District Master Plan

Since its initial introduction in the URA Master Plan 2008, the plans for the Jurong Lake District have undergone continuous evolution.

The future Jurong Lake District is poised to become an integrated Tourism Development and Singapore’s largest business district outside of the central area. Embracing a unique lake setting, this vibrant district will foster the growth of businesses, offer residential spaces, and provide leisure environments. It seamlessly blends the allure and attractions of the Central Business District with the beauty of greenery and water, creating a captivating destination that also serves as a new tourism precinct for Singapore.
