In terms of public transport access, Altura falls short due to its relatively-long 15-min walk from the nearest MRT station, which is Bukit Batok MRT station on the North-South Line. Due to the tropical climate in Singapore, a walking distance to the nearest MRT under 5 minutes is ideal.
However, in that 15-mins walk, Altura residents will be able to reach the Bukit Batok bus interchange as well, where they are able to use the many bus services available to get around the key locations in Singapore.
Driving Accessibility – 3.5/5★
Despite being situated in the western region that is slightly further from the core central areas of Singapore, Altura boasts incredible driving accessibility. It is located right next to Bukit Batok Road, which connects residents to 3 major expressways in Singapore, namely the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE). Driving to key locations such as Orchard Road, the Central Business District (CBD) and more via the AYE or PIE will take no more than 20 minutes.

Altura is cheaper than other new condo launches due to its status as an executive condominium. As an EC, buyers may also be eligible to receive a housing subsidy of up to $30,000 when you buy an Executive Condominium (EC) unit under the CPF Housing Grant Scheme.
Additionally, for its proximity to amenities and food options, Altura is definitely worth considering for its affordable price tag. This Bukit Batok EC is also expected to have high investment potential when buyers have met its minimum occupancy period and can sell it after 5 years.
