Established in 1960 by the late Ng Teng Fong, Far East Organization is Singapore’s largest private real estate developer. Far East Organization New Launch Condo Projects

History

In the 1960s, Far East Organization embarked on its first residential projects, leaving a lasting mark on Singapore’s architectural landscape. Among its notable ventures were the construction of 72 elegant terrace houses in the serene enclave of Jalan Pacheli, nestled within the charming Serangoon Gardens. Another milestone was achieved with the creation of Katong Seaview Palace, featuring Singapore’s first 2.5 storey homes complete with unique turfed rooftop gardens, adding a touch of greenery to urban living. Additionally, Far East Organization undertook the ambitious Watten Estate, an expansive project spanning an impressive 1.3 million square feet, showcasing their dedication to creating exceptional living spaces.

In 1995, Far East Organization made a strategic move by acquiring a significant stake in Yeo Hiap Seng, a renowned Singaporean beverage company with a strong presence in the market.

Fast forward to 2012, Far East Organization achieved another milestone by listing the Far East Hospitality Trust on the Singapore Exchange, marking a significant step in the expansion of its hospitality ventures. This move allowed the organization to capitalize on new opportunities in the dynamic hospitality sector and further solidify its position as a diversified and forward-thinking real estate developer.
