North Gaia EC Yishun has 616 apartment units with 3–5 bedroom configurations. A new executive condominium in Singapore’s north will open showflat in the first half of 2022. There is likely to be a lot of pent-up demand since it will be the first new EC development in Yishun in six years.
The North Gaia executive condominium is developed at the intersection of Yishun Avenue 9 and Avenue 8 by Sing Holdings Limited. From the posh 38 Draycott Drive to the common Parc Botannia, Sing Holdings has created a number of residential complexes.
The North Gaia development will be integrated with the North Point Hospital, a major regional hospital, the development expected to be completed by 30 June 2027.
Junction 9 Mall is 500 meters away, and Northpoint City is 1.5 kilometers away. Residents can easily get to it through Yishun Avenue 8, which connects them to the Seletar West Link. It’s also within easy reach of the Yishun Business Centre, which brings business closer to home. Future residents will have complete amenities and the convenience of public transportation in the nearby HDB surrounding North Gaia.
The upcoming Canberra Plaza, which will include enrichment centers, a food court, a supermarket, retail stores, an education center, and a childcare center, will benefit North Gaia EC residents with improved connections and quick access to further amenities. Homeowners have easy access to outdoor leisure, medical care, retail complexes, restaurants, and schools thanks to North Gaia’s strategic position. Residents may travel to Changi Airport, Orchard Road, and the Central Business District (CBD) in minutes thanks to the location of North Gaia EC and easy access to the rest of Singapore.

This lush vegetation extends all the way to the sea, where it joins Seletar Island, which faces the Johor Straits. The site is currently designated as a reserve, with 40 hectares dedicated to the Khatib Bongsu mangrove reserve.
There are no announced plans for future development at this time. As a result, higher-level properties on this side will continue to have unobstructed vistas for the foreseeable future.

The closest retail center, Junction Nine, was built in 2017 and is a 6-minute walk away. Northpoint City, an integrated development in the town center that houses the first community club in a commercial mall, was also a success.
Northpoint City, with over 500 eating and retail businesses, is Singapore’s biggest mall in the north. It also merges with an air-conditioned bus interchange and a town square, and connects directly to the Yishun MRT station via an underpass.
The abundance of parks and vegetation in Yishun is another intriguing characteristic. Yishun Park, which comprises Yishun Pond and small neighborhood parks and green places connected by the park link network, is located near Yishun. A park link and a length of woodland are also part of the North Gaia EC. The Lower Seletar Reservoir is surrounded by the Lower Seletar Reservoir Park, which contains serene waters. In Singapore, there aren’t many properties that have access to such a large body of water.
