As reported in November 2021, a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments purchased TWO freehold development land parcels at Thiam Siew Avenue for S$815 million.

After an expected development fee of about S$284 million, the land price of the 2.45 ha property, which has a plot ratio of 2.8, equates to about S$1,488 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). If an additional 7% incentive for balconies is taken into account, the land rate comes to roughly S$1,440 per square foot per year.

The freehold development land parcels have been announced to be built as the new launch condo, The Continuum.
